Because driving school is a matter of trust.
- What does your social environment say? (friends or acquaintances)
about the driving school you have chosen? - Are there fixed office hours?
- Is it possible to contact the driving school by email?
- Will you be contacted if you leave a message?
- Is it possible to get a trial course of of one theoretical lesson before concluding the contract?
- Is there a written contract with a copy for you?
- Will all items and charges that you have to expect, be explained in detail?
- Are the students’ questions answered in class?
- Does the lesson take place at least twice a week?
- Is there a friendly and pleasant atmosphere in the driving school?
- Is the classroom overcrowded and uncomfortably full?
- Is modern media used?
- Does the driving school do a pre-test before it goes to the theoretical and practical test?
- Is the instructor fully dedicated to the student?
- Are the driving instructors changing always, or do you have the same driving instructor, always ?
- Do the driving lessons take place in full?
- Are driving lessons frequently canceled?
- Is the driving instructor friendly and always relaxed?
- Is the driving instructor teaching you by focusing on your faults?
- Is the office / vehicle clean and well maintained?
