BF17 is the official name of the driving licence, which you can get with 17.
This permission BF17 is giving you the qualification of driving motor
vehicles of class B, under the condition of beeing accompanied by a
person, who is listed in the permission.
Can you drive alone?
No, you are never allowed to drive alone, at least not a car.
But you can drive other vehicles like Mopeds or tractors.
The reason is, that the permission of Class B or Class B17
includs M+L Classes. And the minimum age is 16 for these
Classes.
Well, that means you can drive those vehicles alone, but not a car,
because the requirements are fullfilled just for Class M+L.
When you turn 18, your official driving licence will be sent by the
driving licence office to you.
The probiation time is 2 Years and ends automatically.
The aim of this rule is to lower the numbers of accidents.
