Who has Priority on Crossroads or Junctions,
Without any Signs Regulating Priority?

On crossroads or Junctions which are not regulated with
priority signs, traffic lights or police, the rule is right before left.

Since it is very easy to miss the roads coming from right,
there are some supportive

hints to see them in time, like:

Road name signs,
kerbs, which are turning around,
gaps in the greenery,
gaps between the building,

Pay attention:

This sign indicates that right before left is valid here.
But we have this sign just, if the road is
difficult to see or difficult to recognise as a right before left road.

Exceptions:

But be careful, there is no rule without exception.
Right before left is not taking place at:
°forest pathways,
°field tracks,
°driveways of private properties,

°and if you are leaving the road with these signs:

 Traffic calmed area ends :

Pedestrian zone ends :

°at lowered kerbs,

°If you enter the carriageway from other parts of the road such as
pedestrian paths, hard shoulders or parking places.
